RETURNS

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email support@auroraelegance.com within 2 business days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to extend this time frame up to 5 business days; please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


* Only regular priced, received damaged or goods distinctly different from the description can be fully refunded back to the original payment method!

In case goods failed to come in order of size, color or style we will not be able to make the return.

All other returns are refunded as store credit to your AURORA&ELEGANCE account.


Please look to size chart specified on the website while placing an order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit). If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@auroraelegance.com and include the following info:

*The original order number & your current shipping address

*A short description of the damage

*Photographs of the defective or damaged item(s)


Note that we can accept goods only in case it is hanging by the wall, its marketable condition, consumer attributes, stamps, and factory labels or packing box are untouched.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

Attention: Please, do not return the parcel post to the address specified on a parcel, it - not the address for return. If you sent goods without notice of Support Service, such goods are not accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. AURORA&ELEGANCE reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.

AURORA&ELEGANCE does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at the address specified on a parcel, or corporate office.

Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, AURORA&ELEGANCE will not issue store credit for your returns.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit to your AURORA&ELEGANCE account for use on a future purchase. Store credit never expire, and is redeemable right away!

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded!
Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Order cancellations.

We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 2 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at support@auroraelegance.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. After this period, we cannot stop the order and refund the amount back.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled within 2 hours of placing an order.

A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 60 days from the time of shipping.


Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@auroraelegance.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@auroraelegance.com.


Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty :
• Colour variation from product photos Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements Slight size variation of within + 3cm on measurements
• Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
• Self - inflicted damage to the product while trying on the item
• Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
• Item does not fit
• Do not like the item

Refunds will only be provided when these options are unavailable in accordance with fair trading policy.
